My dog Daisy is really great. She's friendly, cuddly and playful. Daisy is a very good cuddler. Sometimes when she is tired she'll let me lie down and put my head on her belly. Daisy is very well behaved, but occasionally we find that some food is missing from the table. One of Daisy's favorite games is soccer. She absolutely loves it when we kick the ball for her. Another thing that is good about Daisy is that she doesn't bother our cat. She and the cat get along very well. My dog is the best because she is a great friend.
My Dog Is The Best Because…
I have a dog named Murphy who is 7years old and he is the Best!!!!!!!! Murphy can do awesome tricks like hand you his paw, sit, lick, lay down, drop (his toy), and much more!!!! Murphy is a great and protective dog. If the doorbell rings Murphy barks to let you know that someone is there waiting for you. Murphy is very energetic and playful, when it comes to toys and the big backyard. When it comes to walk time, he has a great pace. He is great with little kids and adults. He likes to give everyone kisses, but then he’s fine. Everyone loves him and he is happy with his home. He loves to get brushes, walks, and baths. This is why my dog is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHY MY DOG IS THE BEST
My Golden Retriever Murphy was a rescue dog. We adopted him about 5 years ago, and he is a great dog. Murphy is the first dog I ever had and I love him to death. He is the best dog in the world.
My dog is the best because if a stranger comes to the door, Murphy howls and he doesn’t let you go near the door. So, he is a great watch dog. When it’s someone that Murphy has seen before, he barks a friendly bark, he’s like our door bell.
Murphy is a great dog because he’s always so playful and he loves to run around like a crazy dog. He loves all the attention that he can get plus he loves little kids.
Murphy is the best dog because every night when everybody is going to sleep Murphy makes sure that everybody is in their bed. I hope you choose my dog Murphy!
Caroline Caldarola (contest winner) My Dog HoneyBear is a Chesapeake Bay retriever and is the BEST DOG EVER!!!!!!!! HoneyBear is awesome because she swims with me and blows bubbles as she dives for rocks at the bottom of the pool. She likes to lie on the bench and snuggle on the couch. HoneyBear is smart and when she was 2 months old she would bark at the sink for more water. After offering her a treat she runs to the cabinet and barks. My dog Bailey is the best because he listens to me. When I say sit my dog does. I say to Bailey "Go get the ball!" Sometimes he does and sometimes he does not. When my family leaves the house, Bailey is a good listener and goes right to his crate.
Bailey is so nice that he does not even bark at other dogs. When I am eating, he does not beg for food. At the dog park, he does not jump up on people. I love my dog because he is the best dog in the whole wide world.

There are many other dogs that are the best, but I know MY dog is the best. The three reasons why are she is friendly, a survivor and she used to be famous! My dog, Alligator is friendly because she has never bitten anyone. Allie is a survivor because she survived three years of cancer. She used to be famous because she is on the cover of "How Smart Is Your Dog?". That is why she is the best!MY DOG IS THE BEST
My dog, Rex Brown, is the best dog! My dog is sometimes playful, funny, and healthy. My dog is playful sometimes because he went on my pool steps and jumped in the pool but he got stuck! How he got stuck was he was in the pool swimming around then he was done so he wanted to get out because he was stuck. Also he is funny because he runs around like crazy. Why is my dog, Teddy Bear, the best you ask? It’s because she is friendly, kind, and loving. Teddy is friendly because she is one of those dogs that love to be around people. Teddy Bear loves a person immediately when she sees them, but she tends to be a little shy. Also, Teddy is kind because she will never bark or growl. My dog is the best because she can do anything! Sometimes in the winter we fall and she will try to help us get up. My dog can swim and in the summer she likes to lie down on a raft in our pool! She is loveable too. She is good with other dogs too. She is very small but that doesn’t stop her from playing with bigger dogs. She can sit, lie down, stay, and do obstacles at the dog park. She is very good with kids too. She has been with 3 babies and had never made them cry.
Why My Dog is Best

My dog is best because she has a very special name. Her name is Georgia because she came from Georgia. Her family down there had to give her up and she ended up at a high-kill shelter. We saw her at Eleventh Hour Rescue and thought she was the sweetest dog there, so we decided to adopt her. We bought her food and Scooby snacks.
On the way home from adopting her, she curled up in my Daddy’s lap and fell asleep and we started to talk about what to name her. Her name used to be mocha but we didn’t like that. We talked about how sweet she was and that she came from Georgia and that she was brown and white. My Daddy suggested naming her Georgia and then we all thought that she really should be named "Sweet Georgia Brown" like the song.

My Dog, Georgia
We Georgia adopted her shortly after our last dog died. We are so lucky because she is an obedient, silly, and affectionate Lab. She always wants to be around humans! Georgia is very energetic when we come home. She will prance around the house to find someone to play with her. She is very obedient and gentle towards everyone. She even stays by us if we go outside without her leash. She comes if you tell her to and will sometimes sit! Her favorite toy is a plastic donut. It is fun to play with Georgia and her donut. She retrieves it and runs straight back to me. My dog, Georgia , is the best dog!!! She always makes me smile.
My dog Maggie is my best friend and the sister I always wanted. She is always willing to play with me, freely gives kisses, tucks me in bed at night, and cheers me up if I am feeling sad. She is a beautiful Old English Sheepdog that brings a smile to everyone’s face. If she were human, she would probably be a comedian because she is such a goofball! I would do anything for Maggie and I KNOW she would do anything for me. This is why my dog is the best!

My my dog Jack is the best because he loves everyone in the world!!! Jack is a male English golden retriever. He has a pink nose, dark brown eyes and light fluffy ears. I like Jack most because when he sees someone new, he always wants to greet them. Jack is always happy and shows it by wagging his tail.. He likes playing with other dogs, including his friends Daisy and Tucker. Jack runs like a champion and always comes when you call him. Mommy makes him smile

If one dog could move a mountain, it would be my Libber-girl. Each night she claims her spot on the bed, and I curl up around her, and each morning at 7:00 she wakes me up and lies on my bed, until we pick out a bandanna for her to wear. When I come home from school she is at the door to greet me. Her tail wags, and she bounces up and down, licking me. We play on the porch, in the yard, and around the house. We race to the door, and her eyes sparkle. My heart soars.

My Dog Gunnar
Gunnar is the best dog, he is always happy. He plays with other dogs that are bigger or smaller. He tries to play with cats, chipmunks squirrels and birds. It is funny. Gunnar does not hate anyone, but he eats anything.
Gunnar is super strong, he "wacked" his head on the door and was perfectly fine. Sometimes he even gets his paw "stepped on" and gets right back up again. He is very playful and never seems to get tired. Gunnar is a puppy, he can sit, give his paw and catch a ball.
